Potential for Higher Earnings

If the administrative assistant exceeds the target of 4 closures, the potential earnings increase significantly. For example:

5,000 PHP (approx. 89.29 USD)
Total Monthly Compensation for 4 Closures:
20,000 PHP (approx. 357.14 USD)
Potential Earnings:
Earnings can significantly exceed the average salary in the Philippines, particularly for high performers.
Conclusion

By aligning compensation with performance, this approach not only motivates the employee but also positions them for greater financial success.
